在本作中，魅魔=梦魔无法达到高潮。
快感只会单方面地给予，玩家必须在忍受其中的同时继续进行性行为。
克服梦魔的方法是使用与梦魔相同的力量-“能量吸取”。
通过爱抚梦魔，夺取梦魔的魔力。
如果被诱惑并被迫发生性行为，则会剥夺自己的生命力。
在克服被剥夺的风险之后，
通过对抗在达到高潮之前尽可能多地夺取对方的耐力的性行为战斗。

通常为每个梦魔准备了脱衣和插入的插图变化。
